Chris Brown’s had a rollercoaster of a week with a court checkup and a successful album debut, we’ve got the details! Hey Team Breezy, welcome back to ClevverMusic. Chris Brown’s attorney was back in court Tuesday for a routine progress report over Chris’ battery conviction for assaulting singer Rihanna. So what was the outcome? A judge decided Breezy needs to report in person next month to go over his community service records after a prosecutor noted a possibly discrepancy.
Apparently the judge thinks something fishy is going on with Chris’ community service time which included graffiti removal, roadside cleanup, and wants to determine the accuracy of the service time. Chris is still on probation for beating his ex-girlfriend in February 2009.
In happier Chris Brown news, his latest album “Fortune” has debuted on the Billboard 200 Chart at No. 1 this week, and also took the No. 1 spot in the UK and the Netherlands. This is Chris’ fifth studio album, and marks Chris’ second No. 1 album, after 2011’s “F.A.M.E.” “Fortune” has sold over 134,000 copies in its first week, so congrats is in order for Team Breezy.
