Two women are suing the nightclub where the Drake & Chris Brown brawl went down- and the singers could be next! You’re watching ClevverMusic. Two women who claim they were seriously injured in the epic brawl that went down between Chris Brown and Drake at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC are suing the nightclub for over-serving people alcohol and not properly training bouncers for violent situations.
The joint lawsuit was filed by 24-year-old Lucy Pavlovksy and 27-year-old Nadia Beddini who assure they suffered permanent injuries to their faces, heads, necks, and bodies. Drake and Chris are not blamed in the suit, but the women’s lawyer told the New York Post that could change because they are doing their own investigation of the case.
A number of people injured in the bar fight have already come forward, including NBA star guard Tony Parker, who filed a $20 million dollar lawsuit against the club’s owner last month. Still, no arrests have been made related to the fight. The club was shut down by NYPD just days after the incident due to code violations, but reportedly will be reopening on July 8th.
Do you think Chris Brown and Drake should be blamed for the fight and pay for damages to the injured? Leave a comment with your thoughts below. Subscribe to ClevverMUSIC for your music related news. Bye!
